These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and PKR656 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at pkr656.cam. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality offered through the PKR656 platform, including sports betting markets, live casino games and any associated promotional activities.

To register and maintain an Account on PKR656, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:
Age Verification: PKR656 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts may be suspended and funds withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. If a User is found to be under the minimum eligible age, all associated wagers will be voided and deposits returned, less any withdrawals already made.
PKR656 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who do not meet the above criteria. If you become aware that an underage person has gained access to the Platform using your credentials or device, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. PKR656 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PKR656 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact us immediately.
All Account Balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier interface.
Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar local context for Pakistani users only. PKR656 does not represent or warrant that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services. Users must satisfy themselves as to the terms of any payment provider they use independently of PKR656.
Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (including BTC, ETH and USDT) are subject to network confirmation times and applicable blockchain fees, which are outside PKR656's control. Cryptocurrency values may fluctuate between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.
PKR656 offers sports betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other combat sports, as well as in-play betting options. All markets are subject to specific rules that govern settlement, void conditions and push outcomes.
The following general rules apply to all Wagers placed on the Platform:
Market-Specific Rules: Individual market rules — including rules specific to Pakistan cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC formats) and other sports — take precedence over general betting rules where a conflict exists. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable market rules before placing any Wager.
PKR656 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between specific Promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

PKR656 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within the Account settings.
Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to open new Accounts or circumvent their exclusion. Any Account opened in violation of a self-exclusion will be closed, and funds returned.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of PKR656:
PKR656 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or void any associated Balances and Wagers pending investigation. In serious cases, PKR656 reserves the right to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.
All content on the PKR656 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout — is the property of PKR656 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you provide to PKR656 in relation to the Platform may be used by PKR656 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR656, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.
PKR656 does not warrant that:
In no event shall PKR656's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using PKR656, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds wagered. PKR656 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through the lawful use of the Platform. You gamble entirely at your own risk.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting PKR656 support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
PKR656 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PKR656 reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or financial crime, funds may be reported to and/or transferred to the relevant authorities.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR656 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable jurisdiction.
PKR656 does not represent that the Platform or the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any other relevant legislation.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as PKR656 submitting to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court, regulator or authority in respect of the Services, except where expressly required by applicable mandatory law.
